Deanna Dibin

Deanna leads operational strategy and firm-wide efficiency initiatives across CRI’s Tax and Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) practices. She is responsible for evaluating, selecting, and implementing the technology solutions that support the firm’s tax, accounting, and advisory services, while leading the training, adoption, and rollout of new systems and process improvements.

Working closely with leaders across both Tax and CAAS, Deanna identifies operational challenges, streamlines workflows, and develops scalable solutions that enhance the client and employee experience. She is a collaborative leader who combines strategic thinking with a practical, service-oriented approach, ensuring technology investments align with the firm’s long-term business objectives.

Drawing on her experience as a Tax Partner advising high-net-worth individuals and businesses on federal and state tax planning and compliance, along with her leadership in strengthening CAAS operations, Deanna brings a unique perspective that bridges technical expertise, operational excellence, and client service. Her ability to connect strategy, technology, and practice operations helps ensure the firm remains focused on delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of both its professionals and clients.
