Rita serves as Director of Marketing for CRI Capin Crouse Advisors, LLC & Capin Crouse, LLC, where she partners with firm, regional, service, and industry leaders to drive strategic growth initiatives and lead the Capin Crouse-focused marketing team. She develops growth playbooks, oversees thought leadership, events, content, and social media efforts, and manages the firm’s proposal function, providing strategic input and content development. Rita also plays a role in CRM pipeline tracking, revenue-generating campaigns, brand building, and business development coaching.
