Marty works with business owners and high-net-income and high-net-worth clients on tax compliance, planning, and minimization strategies, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions involving closely held businesses. He also spends significant time on estate and gift tax compliance and planning, helping clients preserve and transfer wealth effectively.
With involvement in more than 200 business purchase and sale transactions, Marty has deep experience in due diligence, pricing, debt and equity structuring, bank negotiations, and both pre- and post-acquisition tax planning. He has also contributed to two IPOs, giving him unique insight into complex, high-value transactions. An entrepreneurial advisor at heart, Marty aligns closely with business founders and key shareholders. He is known for his willingness to co-invest alongside clients when appropriate, reinforcing his commitment to their long-term success.
