As the Director of IT Integrations, Robert leads firm-wide technology integration and standardization efforts with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, but also includes process development and documentation. He works across the organization to ensure that technology supports how the firm operates today while preparing it for future growth. His role serves partners, staff, key vendors, and, in some cases, clients by removing friction between systems and teams, protecting data integrity, and enabling consistent, secure, and effective collaboration across the entire firm.
