Stani serves as Chief Integration Officer at CRI Advisors, where she leads the firm’s strategic integration, deal value creation, and growth initiatives across portfolio companies and integrating business units.
In this role, Stani is responsible for driving organizational alignment and operational excellence through post-merger integrations and go-to-market strategies designed to unlock value and accelerate sustained growth. She partners closely with senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to craft integration frameworks, streamline processes, and embed best-in-class business integration practices.
Prior to joining CRI Advisors, Stani led large-scale transformations, M&A integration, and operations for companies navigating high-growth, private equity, and change-driven environments. With deep expertise in deal strategy, value creation planning, and merger integration execution, she has a track record of enhancing operational capabilities and delivering measurable business impact.
