Mitchell works with companies of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500. He is a subject matter expert in all complex technical accounting matters, as well as the SEC, PCAOB, and AICPA rules, and helps companies navigate these complexities. In addition, Mitchell supports the audit teams for both public and private engagements in interpreting their clients’ complex technical accounting. He works mainly with companies in the Capital Markets, supporting them through their deal cycles from start to finish.
Throughout Mitchell’s career, he has worked on hundreds of projects, including over 100 completed transactions and over 20 IPOs, as well as PIPEs, debt offerings, secondary offerings, SPACs, and reverse mergers. He has also communicated directly with the Regulators at both the SEC and PCAOB throughout his career and helped clients with the review process for their filings, both prospectively and subsequently.
