Timothy P. Sikes

Tim is the Director of SEC Services and a member of the firm’s Professional Services Team, where he is responsible for the quality management of CRI’s SEC practice. He was previously at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) where he most recently served as Chief of Firm Inspections with oversight for all inspection activities involving audits of issuers, brokers, and dealers performed by registered public accounting firms across U.S. and non-U.S. jurisdictions. Earlier in his career, Tim worked as an auditor for a global network firm in Louisiana, Colorado, and Texas.
