Partnership Expands Top 25* Firm's Fort Worth Presence 

FORT WORTH, TX - Carr, Riggs & Ingram (CRI), a top 25* nationally ranked accounting and advisory firm, today announced the merger of Fort Worth-based DMR CPAs with the firm. 

The merger marks CRI's 12th acquisition since securing a strategic investment from Centerbridge Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners in late 2024. 

Founded in 1958, DMR CPAs is a well-established firm serving businesses and individuals throughout Fort Worth and the surrounding area. The firm specializes in tax, audit, accounting, and payroll services, with particular experience serving clients in construction, manufacturing, and professional services. Guided by its longstanding principle of trust earned through accountability, the team will serve clients from its new CRI office space at 1300 South University Drive, Suite 200, in Fort Worth. 

DMR CPAs clients will continue working with the same professionals they know and trust, now supported by CRI's broader platform. Through the merger, clients gain access to CRI's expanded advisory capabilities, industry-focused teams, and specialized portfolio companies, which span investment banking, wealth management, data analytics, and business consulting services.
