Camie works with healthcare and not-for-profit clients. She provides them with general accounting & auditing services, as well as CFO assistance for interim, fractional, or project-based needs. She also does board-related education on financial & operational topics.
Camie has been a healthcare executive leader for 20 years. During that time, she was a CFO and/or COO for seven hospitals, two large medical practices, two State agencies, one pharmaceutical company, and a variety of not-for profit entities. She has led successful financial turnarounds that focused as much on growth as on expense management. Camie has also been a coach with Studer Group, now Huron Consulting, where she coached a variety of hospital systems for enhanced levels of staff & provider engagement, patient experiences and leader development.
Camie’s clients often tell her she’s the first CFO they’ve worked with that understands and balances operational and staffing needs as well as financial ones.
