Dee serves as Chief Executive Officer of CRI and the CRI Family of Companies, where he focuses on helping the firm’s partnership deliver high levels of client value across a broad portfolio of offerings. He works alongside CRI’s leaders to drive the firm’s growth, strengthen its service capabilities, and position the firm to serve clients well across the many markets and industries it serves.
Before joining CRI, Dee held significant executive leadership positions across the technology and consulting industries. As President of North America for a Fortune 500 solutions integrator, he helped guide the business through its transformation from a traditional technology reseller into a modern solutions integrator, pairing high-value services with leading technology partners to meet clients’ wide-ranging technology priorities. Earlier, over a 29-year career with a global consulting and technology services company, he held a range of roles across North America and worldwide. He began by serving large telecommunications clients, went on to lead that company’s North American and later global telecom businesses, and helped establish its Digital, Cloud, and Consulting practices both in North America and globally. He closed his tenure leading each of the company’s North American practice areas at different points and directing a transformation program that delivered significant improvements in growth and profitability.
