Holly Hollis

Holly serves as Director of Corporate M&A Strategy, working closely with CRI’s Chairman and M&A leadership to advance the firm’s acquisition strategy and coordinate transactions throughout the deal lifecycle. Her work includes M&A pipeline strategy, target and opportunity evaluation, transaction coordination, due diligence, data room management, and supporting deals from initial discussions through closing.

Holly brings extensive institutional knowledge and a broad understanding of the firm’s operations to the M&A process. Her experience spans firm administration, client accounting, technology, finance, and executive leadership, including previous roles as CRI’s Controller and Chief of Staff. She also played a key role in CRI’s private equity transaction and subsequent evolution.

Known for bringing structure to complex initiatives, Holly helps connect executives, transaction teams, acquisition candidates, and other stakeholders to keep opportunities moving forward effectively.

Holly also serves as Secretary to CRI’s Board of Directors.
