James serves as Chief Transformation Officer for Carr Riggs & Ingram, working with partners, service line leaders, and corporate teams to redesign operations and growth. James leads firm-wide transformation initiatives spanning strategy, operating model, technology, and change management to make it easier to serve clients with consistency, quality, and speed. Before joining CRI, James led large‑scale transformations both in industry and consulting, including global operating model redesigns, SaaS transitions, and performance turnarounds.
James brings a unique combination of experiences to CRI’s transformation journey. He’s led transformations as a senior leader inside a global technology company, advised CEOs and executives as a McKinsey engagement manager, and built his leadership foundation as a U.S. Army non‑commissioned officer. That mix helps him stay calm under pressure, see around corners, and drive change in a way that is both data‑driven and deeply people‑focused.
