His practice combines deep technical accounting and financial reporting expertise with transaction-focused advisory experience, supporting clients across the investment and transaction lifecycle.

REAL ESTATE:

Jeff has significant experience working with institutional, private equity, and family office real estate investors across a broad range of asset classes. His expertise includes GAAP financial reporting under historical cost and fair value frameworks, real estate funds, complex multi-entity consolidations, accounting policy development, and the design and optimization of accounting processes and procedures.

He also provide real estate consulting and transaction support, including buy-side financial due diligence, development of buy-side due diligence processes, commercial lease review, CAM audits, and advisory services surrounding complex accounting and reporting matters. This combination of accounting, reporting, and transaction experience allows Jeff to help real estate investors evaluate both the financial reporting implications and underlying economics of an investment.

TRANSACTION ADVISORY SERVICES:

As a Transaction Advisory Services Partner, Jeff provides buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and advisory services to private equity groups, family offices, investment banks, and founder-owned businesses in the middle and lower-middle market. His transaction experience spans manufacturing, distribution, construction and contracting, professional services, healthcare, retail, telecom, and food & beverage.

Engagements include quality of earnings, financial due diligence, analysis of historical and normalized financial performance, working capital analysis and consulting, working capital negotiations, and transaction-related financial analysis.

He focuses on translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insights that help investors, owners, and transaction professionals make informed decisions, and brings a combination of technical accounting expertise, transaction experience, and commercial perspective to complex financial and investment decisions.
