As Chief of Staff, Jennifer serves as a strategic partner and trusted extension of the CEO, driving executive priorities, organizational alignment, and enterprise-wide execution. She partners with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to translate strategic priorities into action, maintain accountability and drive results. Jennifer manages the CEO’s operating cadence, including leadership meetings, strategic planning, quarterly reviews, and board engagements.
Jennifer’s 20+ years of experience within CRI’s local offices gives her a perspective that is unique to the Chief of Staff role. She understands CRI from the ground up — its people, culture, operations, and the realities of executing change at the local level. Jennifer brings that institutional knowledge to the executive table, helping connect corporate strategy with operational reality, anticipate challenges, and drive alignment and execution.
