Josh Hallett

Josh is a partner with the capital markets group, focusing on audits* of public companies and/or companies looking to go public through traditional IPO or reverse mergers. He also performs audit services with large private companies as well as private equity-backed businesses. He has expertise in manufacturing & distribution, hospitality, restaurants, and technology/software.

Josh’s clients enjoy working with him because of his responsiveness, strong communication, and technical expertise in complex matters. He maintains a constant dialogue with them throughout the year so to ensure alignment on accounting considerations for year-end audits.
