LeAnn serves as Chief Financial Officer of CRI Capin Crouse Advisors, LLC & Capin Crouse, LLC, where she leads financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management, tax filings, banking relationships, and regulatory compliance. She also oversees day-to-day accounting, expense management, and credit card administration—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
