Nathan is the Executive Vice President-West Region at CRI Capin Crouse Advisors, LLC & Capin Crouse, LLC, where he provides assurance and forensic consulting services to a wide range of nonprofit organizations. He is both a Certified Fraud Examiner and certified in Financial Forensics, bringing deep technical expertise to each engagement.

In addition to his professional work, Nathan serves as Chair of the Board for Christian Leadership Alliance and a private K–12 Christian school. He brings firsthand ministry experience as well, having served part-time as an Associate Pastor for a decade. Nathan holds a Master of Divinity with an emphasis in church and ministry leadership and is currently pursuing a doctorate at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
