Rolla is a Managing Director, overseeing a team of accountants, Controllers, and CFOs, delivering a comprehensive suite of services including full-cycle accounting, audit-ready GAAP-compliant financials, KPIs, and forward-looking reporting such as financial models.
Rolla is responsible for scoping prospective engagements and developing detailed statements of work, assigning and managing consultants, and overseeing projects from initiation through completion. As needed, she provides hands-on support to bridge accounting gaps and ensure continuity. Her client base consists primarily of small- to mid-sized companies across a broad range of industries, except for Cannabis and Crypto.
