  • Annual Grants Management Update

    On December 11, 2025, Keith Hundley served as an external speaker at the Annual Grants Management Update hosted by Federal Grants Training. Held at the Embassy Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista South, the event brought together grants management professionals across the government and nonprofit sectors.

    Keith delivered a session titled “Maximizing Indirect Cost Recovery,” offering practical guidance and strategic insights for CEOs, CFOs, fiscal teams, programmatic leaders, and others involved in grants administration. Sponsored by Federal Grants Training, the session provided publicly accessible, high-value education for organizations navigating complex federal grant requirements.

  • CAPLAW 2024 National Training Conference Pt.2

    On June 4th, 2024, CRI Partner Keith presented a session in the Governance track titled "Hitting the Books: Financial Literacy for Board Members." This workshop aims to familiarize CAA board members with financial statements and balance sheets, helping them understand the financial information they encounter during board service to better oversee the organization's financial health. It was presented to grant-funded professionals working with community action agencies and Head Start programs in Los Angeles, CA.

  • CAPLAW 2024 National Training Conference

    On June 5th, 2024, CRI Partner Keith Hundley presented a session in the Finance track titled "The Future of Financial Functions: Is Outsourcing an Option?" This session explored why CAAs might consider outsourcing fiscal functions, discussed decision-making factors, and highlighted key features of effective relationships between CAAs and external partners. It was presented to grant-funded professionals working with community action agencies and Head Start programs in Los Angeles, CA.
